Rupert Health Centre Inc. was opened by Dr. Kevin Leung, in October 2005, in the Collingwood/Norquay neighbourhood of East Vancouver. We offer expertly delivered services in chiropractic treatment, active rehabilitation, custom orthotics, laser therapy and massage therapy.
Our goal is dedicated to educating our patients in all aspects of health. We treat a wide range of conditions such as car accident injuries, work place injuries, back and neck pain, headaches and migraines, joint pain, sports injuries, foot pain and more.
Our mission is to achieve the best patient care, through a holistic drug free approach and taking time to listen to our patients' concerns.
Dr. Kevin Leung, B.Sc. Kinesiology, D.C.+
Doctor of Chiropractic, Kinesiologist
Dr. Kevin Leung graduated from Simon Fraser University in 1998 with a Bachelor's degree in Science (Kinesiology). He went on to the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon, where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in 2003. After graduation, Dr. Leung practiced in Washington State and returned to Vancouver to practice in 2004. With 15 years of experience in sports injuries and motor vehicle accidents Dr. Leung can help you recover from your injuries. He believes a balanced approach of rehabilitation exercises, chiropractic manipulations, physical modalities and soft tissue release techniques will best benefit the patient.
Dr. Leung volunteered with the Collingwood Neighbourhood House and gave lectures to seniors and new settlers to the Collingwood area. Topics included osteoporosis, fall prevention and the Medical Service Plan.
He works in conjunction with Simon Fraser University's Co-op Education department and has co-op students working in the clinic.
His athletic achievement includes a bronze medal in the 1992 B.C. Summer Games for volleyball.

Dr. Jason Cheng, B.Sc., D.C.+
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Jason Cheng was born and raised in Taiwan. At the age of 16, his family moved to Canada. He attended Simon Fraser University, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Science with a major in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry and a minor in Chemistry. The undergraduate education at SFU had helped set out his mind to learn about human health and the idea of many healthcare philosophies, including the holistic medicines. He obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the University of Western States. He is well trained in the diversified chiropractic adjustment technique, the instrument assisted soft-tissue technique, physiotherapy modalities, and rehabilitative exercises.
Dr. Cheng is committed to assisting patients achieve their highest possible health by motivating them to take care of themselves. Aside from chiropractic treatment, he also provides various physiotherapy modalities, professional advice on home care, activity modifications, exercise, and even dietary plans. By setting out health goals and walking through the treatment plan with the patient, he is dedicated to ensuring they get the care they really deserve. Dr. Cheng also believes that optimal health is not just about what to do inside the treatment room, but more importantly, also about what to do outside of the treatment room. In his spare time, he likes exercising, reading, taking photographs, cooking, and enjoying times hanging out with family and friends each and every single day.

Rebecca Seto-Leung, B.Sc., RMT +
Registered Massage Therapist
Rebecca pursued her diploma at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy as she believed it would be a great adjunct to her knowledge and background in Kinesiology and her chosen vocation in helping people. She completed the 32-month program in 2019, and upon graduation, she was bestowed the School's "Heart Award," chosen by her peers in which she was truly humbled.
Rebecca believes that Swedish massage techniques used in treatment can ease sore muscles, decrease tension and increase a sense of well-being, which can make a difference in how you feel and conduct your activities of daily living. Taking the time for your own self-care is valuable, and Rebecca understands that this is the time that you carved out for yourself. Through a variety of manual therapy techniques such as myofascial work, trigger point therapy and joint mobilizations, she can help you feel your best possible self whether to heal from a recent injury or as part of your own self-care. Rebecca encourages the use of stretching and strengthening exercises to further enhance tissue repair and recovery done at home. She looks forward to welcoming you to work with her in assisting with pain relief, soft tissue recovery and managing stress.
Outside of practice, Rebecca enjoys yoga, gardening, baking, travelling and spending time with family and friends.

Chahat Gulati (Co-op Student) +
Chahat is an ambitious professional who was born and raised in India and later moved to Canada in 2015 as an international student. She completed a two-year diploma in Chemical Laboratory Technician at Sheridan College, Ontario, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Physiology and Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University. Along with that, she is also a Psychology minor. With a passion for helping people both mentally and physically, Chahat aims to utilize her academic knowledge and skills to work in a rehabilitation center. She finds fulfillment in assisting others, enjoys spending time in nature, and values her friendships. Chahat's goal is to make a positive impact on individuals' lives by integrating her understanding of the mind and body in providing holistic care. Driven by her unwavering dedication and empathy, Chahat seeks to become a catalyst for improving people's well-being.
