Rebecca Seto-Leung, B.Sc., RMT +

Registered Massage Therapist

Rebecca pursued her diploma at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy as she believed it would be a great adjunct to her knowledge and background in Kinesiology and her chosen vocation in helping people. She completed the 32-month program in 2019, and upon graduation, she was bestowed the School's "Heart Award," chosen by her peers in which she was truly humbled.

Rebecca believes that Swedish massage techniques used in treatment can ease sore muscles, decrease tension and increase a sense of well-being, which can make a difference in how you feel and conduct your activities of daily living. Taking the time for your own self-care is valuable, and Rebecca understands that this is the time that you carved out for yourself. Through a variety of manual therapy techniques such as myofascial work, trigger point therapy and joint mobilizations, she can help you feel your best possible self whether to heal from a recent injury or as part of your own self-care. Rebecca encourages the use of stretching and strengthening exercises to further enhance tissue repair and recovery done at home. She looks forward to welcoming you to work with her in assisting with pain relief, soft tissue recovery and managing stress.

Outside of practice, Rebecca enjoys yoga, creating ceramics, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
